    Consultant and Coach in Organisational Leadership and Management Change under an Intercultural Communication perspective.

    Michal began her professional career at Bloomberg in New York, where she managed global financial customer accounts. His first interaction with the concepts of development of the Organisation was in the consulting firm Oliver Wyman, Executive Learning Center-NYC.

    At said firm she worked with some Fortune 500 companies such as Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, Mercer HR, Dell and Marsh, developing and designing its global executive programme in the US, Europe, China, Australia, India and LATAM.

    She came back to Spain as trainer for Accenture and Coritel in the field of Management Change in Madrid and Barcelona. Later she joined a team of Microsoft Dynamic Partners to design and build a network of partners in leadership and organisational development.

    During her time in the IE Business School/ Financial Times Corporate Learning Alliance, she worked In-Company in the Executive Education department, with international clients as the Grupo Santander, London Stock Exchange, British Gas, Logista y Dimensión Data, developing and directing their executive programmes on topics such as leadership, innovation and change management.

    Michal has graduated from the Executive Programme of Innovative Leadership at Instituto de Empresa, achieved a Master Degree in International Development at the University of the Basque Country, and a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Texas – Austin.

    She is trilingual in English, Spanish and Hebrew and can communicate in French.

    Furthermore, she is an accredited Executive Coach at the European Institute of Coaching and has also been certified by the Intercultural Effectiveness Survey (IES) at the Intercultural Communication Institute in the USA.

    Michal is yachting passionate, and as a personal hobby has sailed the U.S. coasts, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. She is currently studying to get the PER to become a qualified skipper in Spain. As in her words, she wants: “To be able to combine my two passions in such a fulfilling job at a professional and personal level is a privilege“.
