Desire has a Degree in Law and a Masters in Management and Business Administration, Coach, Practitioner in NLP, a Masters in Legal Practice, a Masters in Urban & Land Planning and Environment, and a Degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Neuroscience. She combines her work at GYP and Mediator with personal development studies.

She lectures and delivers courses about her two passions: Entrepreneurship and Mediation; with a personal perception about the building of all internal or external projects which is to start from the inner Being foundations and ground them in Principles.
