Curro Duarte is an experienced director having over 23 years of experience in sales teams and management development through coaching and training in national and multinational companies.

He graduated in Law at the University of Granada.

He is an “Executive Coaching” accredited by the International Coach Federation in: “Leader – Ask – Go!”

Furthermore he is a HR Master Professor at UEM and CEU. (Cardenal Herrera University).

Additionally, he is a Dialogic Coaching Professor for certification in Dialogic Coaching by the IDDI (Instituto de Desarrollo Directivo Integral de la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria).

In the yachting field he is skipper (PPER).

Throughout his career, he has been Commercial Manager and responsible for openings for Continente and Director of HR in:

CENESA (Formerly Continente, currently Carrefour).

Blandy Brothers. (British Car Dealers Group in Canary Islands).

PC Dixors (Group).

Hay Group.

Managing Partner in AdLátere, Grupo Persona and currently partner and founder of Despierta by CDR.

He has extensive experience as an executive coach and has accumulated more than 1,000 hours of coaching for companies such as: Santander, Astrazeneca, Industrial Pharmaceutical Cantabria (IFC), Alcampo, Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, Endesa, Johnson Wax, Mc Cain, AXA, EMU, Campofrío, Atresmedia etc.

As a trainer has designed and delivered training and development workshops for companies such as: SEUR, Astrazeneca, IFC, Health Service, Osakidetza, IB Salut, Atresmedia, Day, Makro, Ferrovial, Indra, Alstom, Vodafone, Orange, Seguros Bilbao, Axa, Walt Disney, etc.

Lastly, he is trained to deliver yachting activities and programmes in Spanish (native) and English.
