Educated at the Université de Paris Sud, Gisèle has certificates in NLP, MBTI, DISC, Organisational Constellations, Mindfulness, together with The International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC).
She has been coaching since 2008, starting out in coaching and personnel development for Cetelem BNP-Paribas (2008-2011) for the operational network. She has monitored more than 100 managers in leadership, mentoring and coaching training. She was formerly a director and has worked in various business management positions for over 20 years in the same company.
She also collaborates as supervisor at the European Institute of Coaching (EIC) and is lecturer in Coaching Schools focusing on ICEMD and ESIC (motivation).
As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is an active collaborator in the Competence Commission which aims to promote quality coaching. Also participates in the Team Coaching Commission focused on raising awareness and interest in Team Coaching, a subject of which she is an expert at a national level.
She is vastly experienced working with high level management, intermediate management and teams. She has worked in sectors such as the pharmaceutical and automobile industry banking, insurance, sports, healthcare, public service and political sector.
She leads the development of 3 working lines: leadership programmes for politicians and leaders, team coaching in large organisations and executive coaching. She has participated in important organisational coaching processes at companies such as Saint Gobain, Verralia, Abbott Laboratories, Benteler Reparalia, Atlas Copco, Multiasistencia, Iberdrola and Rovi, among others.
Lastly, she is trained to deliver yachting activities and programmes in Spanish and French (native).
