Mark has a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, he extended his studies at the University of Valencia (University Expert in Neurofelicidad) and at the European Institute of Coaching (International Expert in Coaching Certification Gold Level). He has trained in PNL and sports coaching with Ramon Cristobalena, in team coaching with HYMAS, strategic coaching by Tino Fernandez school. He is a facilitator of the method “how to talk to make children and teenagers listen” and Reiki Level III by the Unireiki Federation.

After 16 years of experience in various positions in I.T. departments of national and multinational companies, in various different sectors, Marcos found his true vocation in the accompaniment of children, youngsters and adults, convinced that our children are the seeds for a better tomorrow.

He is a Coach and Trainer in individual processes, collaborates in Borja Vilaseca´s academy in Valencia supporting students in their needs and search for clearness in their personal and professional identity. He participates as coach in the Escuela Esmeralda, an institution devoted to promoting financial education and personal development with special emphasis on the educational community, individuals, youngsters and professionals. He also teams up as a coach in Educar-Hoy, a company committed to promote emotional intelligence and coaching in the educational field.

He actively participates in conferences, workshops and debates related to leadership, personal development and education in organisations such as Asociación de Corredores de Seguros (ACS), Garrigos S.L y Colegio de Informáticos de Valencia (COIICV) among others.
