With more than 15 years’ experience as background in leading international organisations, assuming various positions of great responsibility in Spain, Europe and Latin America.

Building Engineering graduate from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Madrid, he has taken several post-graduate training courses focused on management development, management evolution, emotional intelligence, leadership and high performance team management, in various international accredited business schools such as IESE Business School.

Likewise, he has achieved a certificate as an international coaching expert, granted by the IEC (European Institute of Coaching). He Specialises in Executive Coaching, Team Building and Outdoor Team Building.

In the yachting field, he is a qualified Sailing Instructor accredited by the Andalusian Sailing Federation as Yacht Captain (DGMM) and as a Sport Boat Professional Skipper (PPER) accredited by the “Dirección General de Marina Mercante” (Registration No.:1242, Navy booklet: LM 004810) Additionally he is qualified as a YACHT MASTER OCEAN by the R.Y.A. (Royal Yachting Association-London).

He has consolidated his professional career with more than 25 years of worldwide yachting, performing countless voyages along both the Spanish Coast (Levante, Andalusia, Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) as well as throughout the Mediterranean (Corsica, Sardinia, Greece, and Croatia) and the South Atlantic (Brazil).

He has participated in the design and implementation of training programmes for more than 150 multinational corporations such as Bankia, Juniper Networks, Air Nostrum, Repsol, NEC, Palo Alto, Quabit, Phone House, Línea Directa Aseguradora, Meliá Hoteles, Westin, American Express, Instituto Internacional San Telmo, BMW, I.E. (Instituto de Empresa), Grupo DAMM, Virgin Active, TPF, Knight Frank, Bayer, HP, Carrefour, KPMG, Faurecia, Marsh, Dupont, Barceló, Herbalife, Inversis, Heineken, Grupo Cortefiel, Crédito y Caución, among others.

He is the co-founder of the “Escuela 20 de Vela” (Central Hispano 20) in 1992 and currently Corporate Yachting & Partners founder; in the course of his career, through different yachting activities and developing programmes, more than 4,000 people have passed through his hands.

Lastly, he is a trainer for yachting activities and programmes in Spanish (native), English and Portuguese.
